Kakamega, Kenya – The political landscape in Kakamega is heating up as President William Ruto’s allies, Kevin Odhiambo alias Cassypool and Mohamed Jamal, launched the “Tutam” campaigns in the region, just a day before ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna’s highly anticipated homecoming rally at Linda Ground.
